PLACEMENT & DOSE

DOSE
Start conservatively. Use roughly one capsule every 12-15cm in planted zones; very dense planting may use around 10cm spacing.
BURY
Insert the whole capsule around 3-4cm below the substrate. Do not open it.
POSITION
Place close to plant roots. Large heavy root feeders may use multiple capsules around the base.
AFTER PLACEMENT
Keep the capsule covered and avoid heavy substrate disturbance.

SAFE USE & HANDLING

  • Keep the fertiliser buried. If granules become exposed, remove the visible pieces and place future capsules deeper.
  • Start conservatively in shrimp or snail aquariums and monitor livestock and water quality.
  • Overuse or exposed granules can increase nutrients in the water column.
  • Store unused capsules sealed and dry, away from children and pets, and wash hands after handling.
  • For ornamental planted aquarium use only. This is not a medication and is not for human or animal consumption.

Product-specific answers

FAQ

What does 5-6M mean on ROOT TABS PRO?

It is the controlled-release formulation identity. Release speed varies with temperature, plant demand and aquarium conditions, and the current product guidance does not establish one fixed re-dose timetable for every aquarium.

Can I use ROOT TABS PRO in a shrimp or snail aquarium?

Use only with proper burial, conservative dosing and monitoring. This is conditional use, not a universal livestock-safety claim.
