Give written notice clearly and keep a copy.

You do not need to give a reason. A model form is available below, but any clear written statement sent within the applicable deadline is sufficient.

Deadlines

The normal distance-selling cancellation sequence.

Tell BBA within 14 daysWhere the right applies, notify BBA within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order arrives separately, the period normally runs from the last item.

Return within a further 14 daysAfter giving notice, return the goods without undue delay and normally within another 14 days.

Written notice is enoughEmail, the website written intake or the optional model form may be used. Prior approval or a case number is not required for a valid statutory cancellation notice.

Private return instructionsBBA replies with the case/reference, exact physical return address and packing instructions privately in writing for the individual case.

Keep evidenceKeep a copy of the notice and proof of posting. Tracking is strongly recommended for higher-value returns but is not an absolute refund condition.

The exact physical return address and packing instructions are supplied privately in writing after BBA receives the notice and creates the case/reference.

Change of mind

You normally arrange and pay direct return postage unless BBA agrees otherwise in writing.

BBA responsibility

BBA covers reasonable necessary return costs for confirmed fault, delivery damage, incorrect supply or material misdescription.

Standard delivery

A qualifying whole-order cancellation includes the applicable standard outbound delivery cost.

No automatic action

No notice automatically triggers a refund, deduction or stock restoration. The owner reviews each case.
