Existing customers can share a protected personal link with friends who are genuinely new to BBA. After a referred customer's first qualifying purchase is delivered and validated, it moves the referrer towards a one-time reward.
Guest checkout remains available. An account is required only to own a personal referral link and referral progress.

The protected link does not reveal your name, email or customer ID.

Share it personally
Send it to someone who may genuinely find BBA useful. There is no public referral directory.

They visit BBA
The new customer follows your valid referral route and makes their own purchasing decision.

First qualifying purchase
If they are genuinely new, create an account and complete their first qualifying paid website purchase, attribution follows the current rules.

Delivery and validation
Validation normally completes after 14 full calendar days from confirmed delivery. An open cancellation, return, refund or other order issue keeps it pending until resolved.

Your progress updates
A clean validated purchase becomes a successful referral and moves your current cycle towards 5%, 15% or 20%.
What your friend receives
The complete five-book BBA educational series.
A referred customer does not receive an instant referral discount. After their first completed website purchase, they receive the same five-book educational collection included with an eligible BBA order.
Clear rules
What counts, what waits and what does not qualify.
Validation can wait
Open cancellations, returns, refund requests and unresolved delivery disputes hold the referral pending. No new arbitrary waiting period begins when a valid order issue closes after day 14.
Invalid orders do not count
Test, preview, duplicate, fraudulent, fully refunded, reversed and charged-back orders do not create referral credit. Partial returns require protected review.
Rewards are used carefully
One available reward can be applied to eligible merchandise at Checkout. It does not stack, does not discount delivery and is consumed only after verified payment and canonical Order creation.
Referral validation does not end or reduce any customer's statutory cancellation, return, refund or faulty-goods rights.
