The prize combines feeding products, leaves and natural forms, giving the winner a broad selection to explore within their own aquarium. Different materials can be introduced thoughtfully and observed in the context of the existing setup; this is a collection to work through, not an instruction to add everything at once.

These terms apply to the BBA Shrimp Starter Kit prize draw.
This is a purchase-linked promotion from Yordan Yordanov trading as Blackwater Botanical Aquariums (BBA). No separate charge is made for Prize Draw participation. Written questions may be sent to blackwaterbotanicalaquariums@outlook.com.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. People directly administering the draw and members of their immediate household may not enter. The physical prize is delivered only to a valid UK address.
The promotion is active before the countdown starts. The first successfully paid qualifying BBA physical-product order starts the fixed 30-calendar-day period. It opens at the first qualifying BBA order and closes at 30 calendar days after that first order, using Europe/London time.
The server stores those times once. Refreshing a page, restarting the service, refunding an order, making a later purchase or visiting the administration screen does not restart the clock. The period is not extended because participation is low.
One successfully paid qualifying BBA physical-product order placed during the promotion receives one entry. Products remain sold at their ordinary applicable shop prices; the entry is an additional promotional benefit.
One order receives one entry regardless of the number, quantity, value or category of physical products. A later separate qualifying order receives another entry. Failed, pending, cancelled, historical, test, sandbox and eBook-only orders do not qualify.
A unique entry number is issued automatically after successful payment confirmation and is shown through the account or transactional confirmation where supported. Participation does not create an eBook entitlement, referral reward or marketing subscription.
If a qualifying physical order is fully cancelled or refunded before the eligible pool is frozen, its entry remains in the audit history but becomes ineligible. A partial refund leaves the entry eligible where a valid paid physical-product order remains. Normal statutory cancellation and refund rights are unchanged.
These additional conditions apply only to a round whose published terms version is 2026-10-review-bonus-v1 and whose live details expressly enable the review bonus. They do not amend previous or already-started rounds.
Already entered through a qualifying order? Submit an honest website review linked to that purchase during the published entry period to receive one additional numbered entry. Positive, neutral and negative feedback are equally eligible. Maximum one review-bonus entry per verified customer per draw, regardless of the number of purchases or reviews. Photographs are optional. A product review must concern a product actually purchased.
Secure receipt and objective purchase checks determine eligibility; publication approval does not. Repeated submissions, edits and moderation do not create further entries. The closing date is unchanged. No review starts a waiting round. Reviews of historical purchases do not qualify unless a separately approved historical-purchaser extension is expressly included in the round terms.
A full pre-freeze cancellation or refund makes the linked bonus ineligible; a partial refund follows the existing paid-physical-order rules. Frozen pools are not rewritten. Withdrawing a public review or changing an opinion does not itself revoke an earned bonus. Proven fraud or duplicate participation requires a documented eligibility decision. A genuine review is not removed merely because an order is refunded.
Incentivised submissions retain a visible disclosure. Only minimal entry, ownership and decision evidence is kept for administration of the promotion; public review consent and marketing choices remain separate. See the reviews policy and privacy policy.
This extension does not apply under the initial 2026-10-review-bonus-v1 terms. It applies only if the round expressly enables historical purchasers under version 2026-10-review-bonus-historical-v1. A verified previous BBA website purchase may then establish eligibility for one new review-only entry in an already-open round, without a new purchase. The old order receives no new purchase entry. Old reviews cannot be reused, and the review cannot start a waiting round or change its deadline. The same one-bonus cap, honest-opinion, disclosure, verification, refund and freeze conditions apply.
One winner receives the complete 22-line selection shown on this page, in the listed quantities, with an advertised total value over £60. Natural products may vary in colour, shape and size, but BBA will not reduce the listed quantities. There is no cash alternative.
At the closing deadline the server stops creating entries and freezes the exact pool of eligible numbered entries under the applicable round terms. It records the frozen list, its hash, closing time and pool size. One winning entry is then selected using server-side cryptographically secure randomness.
The chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries compared with the final pool. The original result and audit evidence are preserved, manual winning-number selection is unavailable, normal rerolls are blocked and no winner is invented if there are no valid entries.
BBA sends the selected winner a transactional notification using the contact attached to the entry. The winner has 14 calendar days from the recorded notification time to respond in writing, confirm eligibility and provide UK delivery details. No payment is required to release or deliver the prize.
If a selected entrant is ineligible, or the 14-day claim period expires without a valid response, that result and reason remain in the audit history. A replacement is selected securely from the remaining eligible frozen entries; all previous selected entries and entries found invalid are excluded.
BBA arranges delivery of the complete physical prize to the winner at a valid UK address. There is no prize-release or shipping charge. Claim, dispatch and completion are recorded without publishing private delivery details.
The entry period is not extended and the prize is not reduced because entry numbers are low. Duplicate order events cannot create duplicate entries.
If BBA must cancel the promotion for a genuine operational reason, entries close and records are preserved. Ordinary BBA product orders remain governed by the normal shop terms and consumer rights; the promotional entry adds no separate charge or refund amount.
After a valid winner is confirmed, BBA may publish a limited result consisting of first name and surname initial, the winning entry number, draw date and prize status. A winner may ask BBA to reduce public personal details where appropriate.
BBA does not publish a full surname, address, email, payment information or account identifier. A photograph or testimonial is not required. Participation does not subscribe anyone to marketing. Personal data is handled under the BBA Privacy Policy.
Contact blackwaterbotanicalaquariums@outlook.com in writing and include the draw title and, where available, your entry number. BBA will review the payment, entry and draw records while preserving applicable consumer rights.
