Private account access, kept within a private BBA workflow.

This policy explains the limited social-account information used by Eli Social BBA and the choices available to the account owner.

A platform may return an account identifier, display name, username or profile image so Eli Social can confirm that the intended BBA account is connected.

Authorisation

Access and refresh credentials

Official platform credentials are stored privately on the BBA computer and are used only to maintain the authorised connection. They are not placed on this public website.

Publishing

Content and delivery records

The workspace keeps the selected media, captions, publishing choices, platform job identifiers and delivery states needed to manage BBA posts and prevent accidental duplicates.

Diagnostics

Operational records

Limited timestamps, status codes and technical evidence may be retained to diagnose failed authorisations, uploads or publication attempts.

How it is used

No advertising profiles and no sale of account data.

Eli Social BBA is an owner-operated publishing tool, not a public data service. Connected account information is not sold, rented or used to build customer marketing profiles.

PurposeConfirm the authorised BBA profile, prepare and publish approved BBA content, monitor delivery and maintain a reliable record.

AccessThe workspace is used by the owner of Blackwater Botanical Aquariums. It does not provide public Eli Social accounts to customers or third parties.

StoragePrivate credentials remain in protected local credential storage. Operational records remain within the private Eli Social workspace and are not published on the BBA website.

RetentionAuthorisation data is kept while the connection is active or needed for the authorised function. Operational records may be kept for security, troubleshooting and duplicate prevention, then removed when no longer needed.

Platform rulesFacebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok also process information under their own privacy policies when their services are used.

Control and deletion

The connection can be withdrawn.

The BBA account owner can disconnect a platform through Eli Social where supported, revoke access in the platform's own account settings, or request removal of Eli Social connection records in writing.
