TikTok connection control

Disconnect TikTok and remove Eli Social connection data.

The authorised BBA account owner can end the connection at any time. These steps explain both immediate revocation and a written deletion request.

Fastest route

Revoke from the private Eli Social control screen.

The in-app disconnect control sends TikTok's official revocation request, removes the protected local TikTok credential and leaves TikTok publishing switched off.

1. Open the private TikTok approval screenUse the Eli Social BBA control workspace on the authorised BBA computer.
2. Choose Disconnect TikTokOpen the revocation section and complete the displayed confirmation step.
3. Confirm the resultThe connection should show as revoked and the TikTok publishing gate should remain off.
4. Check TikTok if neededThe account owner may also remove Eli Social BBA from TikTok's authorised-app settings.

Written deletion request

Ask BBA to remove the associated Eli Social records.

Email the address below from the email associated with the BBA owner record and use the subject “Eli Social TikTok data deletion”. Do not include a password, access token or verification code.

What to include

The TikTok username and a short request to disconnect the account and delete the associated Eli Social connection information.

Identity check

BBA may ask for a safe confirmation that the request comes from the authorised account owner. Passwords and one-time codes are never required by email.

What is removed

The active local credential and account-connection record are removed or anonymised, subject to any limited security or legal record that must be retained.

Important

Deleting local Eli Social data does not delete the TikTok account.

It ends Eli Social's access and removes the associated local connection information. TikTok controls deletion of the TikTok account and information held independently on TikTok's systems.
