Eli Social BBA terms of use

A private publishing workspace for BBA's own social accounts.

These terms describe the intended use of Eli Social BBA and the boundaries that protect the BBA brand, its content and connected platform accounts.

Permitted use

For authorised Blackwater Botanical Aquariums publishing only.

Eli Social BBA is not a public software service. It is operated for the official social accounts and original publishing work of Blackwater Botanical Aquariums.

Authorised operatorOnly the BBA owner or a person specifically authorised by the owner may connect an account or use the publishing controls.

Content rightsMedia must be owned by BBA, created for BBA, properly licensed or supported by clear permission before it is approved for social use.

Official accessPlatform connections must use the official authorisation and publishing methods made available by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Platform choicesPrivacy, interaction, commercial-content and music choices must follow the connected platform's current options and policies.

No misuseEli Social must not be used to impersonate another account, send deceptive content, bypass platform controls or publish material without the required rights.

Practical limits

Publishing tools can assist the process, but platforms make the final decision.

Availability

Connections can change

Platform APIs, permissions and review requirements may change, expire or become unavailable without notice from BBA.

Delivery

No false publication claim

An upload request is not treated as a public post until the platform returns sufficient delivery evidence.

Reach

No audience guarantee

Eli Social cannot guarantee approval, distribution, views, engagement, sales or any particular result from a social post.

Separation

Not a customer-order service

Eli Social does not replace the BBA shop, customer policies, payment provider or written support route.

Ending access

A platform connection may be revoked at any time.

The BBA owner can disconnect an account, revoke the authorisation through the relevant platform, stop publishing or retire the workspace. Privacy and deletion requests are handled under the Eli Social BBA privacy policy.
