Where a platform grants production access, Eli Social uses its official API and the permissions authorised by the BBA account owner.

Keep a useful audit trail

The system records content and delivery states so a failed upload is not mistaken for a published post and the same item is not sent twice by accident.

Clear boundaries

Social publishing is separate from customer service and shopping.

Eli Social does not take payments, process BBA orders or answer customer aquarium questions. Customers continue to use the normal BBA shop, written support and policy pages.
